My mother received this in the mail and the document told her not to tell anyone. Immediately I was concerned. They also asked for her signature and $ 20.00.
I instructed her to not respond until I had a chance to look it up. This scam is not acceptable and should be dealt with immediately before more people assume this is a real deal.
