I bought the Logo Creator software from Laughing Bird Software. I work remotely when travelling, so I installed the software on my Los Angeles computer remotely.
When I realized that the software was not capable of doing the tasks I required I asked for a refund. I was told that I had obviously stolen the software and distributed copies elsewhere because my account was logged into from two different locations.
I attempted to explain that I often travel and work remotely, however they still refused to give me the refund and blacklisted me from contacting support.
I am pursuing other forms of getting my money back, but I would beware a company that is so quick to assume you are pirating or otherwise selling on their software.
