I have personally bought two vehicles at the lavista auto plex. They are very acomidating and forth coming. They supplied car fax reports without even asking. In the past 35 years I've bought many cars and had many experiences good and bad with car salesmen. For used vehicles this was by far the best experience I've had shopping. My son drove the first car for five years tell me traded it for the second buy at the auto plex and he is very happy with the purchase!

I commented about this for which I have no knowledge. I wish to state that my overall experience with LaVista Auto Plex has been satisfactory. Jeff has presented himself professionally and has made our situation right. I should not have commented on something I know nothing about.
Jeff stated "he felt compelled to make things right by us as the guilt was killing him". We are grateful for his conscience. He appears genuine and we are fully whole. I will send customers his way without reservation. Just practice better decision making than we did.
My motivating factor to leave positive feedback is that I am impressed with Jeff going above and beyond while under no obligation to do so. I was upset however I am now impressed.
Further, both BBB complaints that I referenced had been resolved. I expect as exceptionally as our situation.

LaVista Auto Plex - Jeff Giandinoto - Ethical, Pleasant, and Great Results
My husband and I recently bought a car from Jeff and it was the best car buying experience we have had (and between us we have purchased 8 vehicles in 6 states.) A family friend recommended Jeff Giandinoto after Jeff sold him two vehicles for his college-age kids, and he got them for a great price.
All the folks at LaVista Auto Plex are pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. They were very focused on helping us find the car that met our needs, not the car they wanted to sell us.
Once we identified the car we wanted, Jeff Giandinoto helped us find a car at an auto auction. He personally inspected the car, talked to us about the amount we wanted to bid, and secured a price for the car that was very close to the wholesale value (according to the Kelley Blue Book.) The car is beautiful, has low miles, and is in almost perfect condition.
The process was straightforward, efficient, and we are very pleased. They have our highest recommendation for a professional, ethical approach to buying a car.

Your inability to be a productive member of the sales team and your inablity to show up on time for work generated many different issues for you. I've filled out the same paperwork you've referenced. I watched as other sales personnel filled out the same paperwork you've referenced. You, were a bystander in the process because of your intellectual inability to accomplish the documentation tasks that make a good sales team member. You give your first name only and throw spears.
