Eleanor or who ever you are, your facts are fantasy and sounds like the woman in some of the above clams. First of all your caption Accused of arson is a serious and slanderous statement. The FBI can trace your ISP which they will since the Angora investigation is still on going. Your statement that Mr. Morgenstern sold the video to NBC is true however NBC never paid the money. And if you listened to the interview which obviously you didnt he was going to match the money and donate it to the Angora Victims Fund. And by the way NBC was only going to pay $250.00. I know this because not only was I there But I was the video tech filming. You are a slanderous woman that does not get facts straight and are probably a very miserable person. About Jordan Morgenstern. What you read may not be the truth!

After an investigation we have found no wrong doing by Mr. Jordan R. Morgenstern. In fact we have found that Mr. Jordan R. Morgenstern is an upstanding citizen and attorney.

Mr. Jordan Morgenstern promoted and funded The Angora Benefit Concert featuring Elvin Bishop Johnny Vernazza and Star Niaia to celebrate the coming together of the citizens of South Lake Tahoe, CA. in the aftermath of the devastating Angora Fire he also has a local Lake Tahoe radio show. All of which dose not follow with the the complaints and allegations above.

We have also found that Brenda Rodgers AKA Tanyamyller of Stateline NV. Lake Tahoe hired Mr. Morgenstern to file a lawsuit against the city of South Lake Tahoe alleging the city discriminated against her kayak business. In fact she did not follow the rules of business both by the city and the state of California.

We are often suspicious of people that slander others and do not use a real name.

Also we found that Brenda Rodgers AKA Tanyamyller has filed many frivolous law suites in the state of California costing you the tax payer. This takes up valuable court time.
