Jordan is nothing short of a con artist. Anyone who hires this shyster will have an awful experience.  None of the positive feedback you read on this website about Jordan is written by an actual client. The testimonials come from him directly and one or two of his cronies who benefit from his fraudulent behavior. There are MANY cases pending against this crook.

Why would anyone search a google or any other seaches when you can just go to the county court website and run his name. I did after I read this and its true, he has 2 fraud cases, 1 professional negligence, and a unlawful detainer against him, so that speaks for it self.   To me that speaks volumes. I tried to find anything on Google, yahoo, msn, EarthLink, yahoo & other search engines on law suites re: Jordan Morgenstern. This B Rogers must have a personal vendetta on Mr. Morgenstern. He did a great job on my case. This B Rogers must have nothing to do in her life. Maybe she should concentrate on her business it might be successful. If I spent this much time slamming someone my business would suffer. She should get a life she might not be so miserable.

Perhaps the owner of Webtv should get the facts straight. The web tv info was in the local paper not written by a B rogers. If you look on any court site B rogers never files suits against anyone, only the city of SLT, in which Mr Morgenstern blew, per the court records. Also, I went to the city and B Rogers was NEVER DENIED a business permit? All of the information gathered was PUBLIC RECORD so how can that be slander when its a fact!!! if webtv had to relocate a business because of a report, then I suggest you go after the reporter who wtore the article in the local paper, which was not B rogers. Mr Morgernstern has now filed BK against all of his clients, again , public record, and all of the cases against him are still facts!! PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU HIRE MR. After I looked at the business records of B rogers she did follow the rules if the city, they city did not follow the rules, thats a fact!  GET THE FACTS RIGHT AND STOP PROTECTING A LAWYER WHO HARMS CLIENTS.

 Mr. Morgenstern did a great job on my case. I highly recommend him. What ever the other report says has to be wrong he is a great attorney.

B. Rogers Its ok to voice your self however you should do your research. I rented a space from Mr. Morgenstern and had a company called webtvlaketahoe in which you said Mr. Morgenstern operated on the Rip Off Report Website. Nothing could be further then the truth. B. Rogers was not in so many words asked to leave South Lake Tahoe by the City Counsel and was denied a business license. She tried to file law suites because she did not follow the rules of business. If you do the research you will find that she files frivolous law suites at the city she then she files rip off reports on the attorney that tried to help her. She made me to not only loose business but I had to relocate because of her lack of research naming webtvlaketahoe which I own. She obviously has too much time on her hands and gets so board she feels she must harm other people. Her anger against Mr. Morgenstern is one thing. But she should not draw innocent people into her web. I am in the process of filing a defamation law suite against her.
