I was a victim also and after 8 looooong months, I finally received a full refund from this office!
I reported them on here, the BBB, the FL Bar, the FTC and just got a full $2500 refund a few days ago, sooooo.... people do not give up! stay on top of them and filing with each of the above if you want your money back! They did make good on the Money back guarantee! took 8 mos, but they did it!

I don't know if you still have your account with Thomas Sherwood, but after reading the "owner's" repsonse saying that your loan modification is still in process, this is the same line of crap they told me. They even went as far as to say we want to save your home, bottom line is they didn't and they wont refund my money. These people will have their day in court!

We know that when you entered the HAMP Program you met the government guidelines or we would not have taken you on as a client. We work every file every week to make sure that there is nothing hindering the file from moving forward with your lender. That is why we request updated documentation from you, as your lender requests from us. If you as a client do not provide us with what the lender has requested or do not honestly complete the application we can not be expected to provide you with a refund. When we are provided accurate and honest documentation we will be successfull in completing your modification. In response to this complaint we have called your lender and your modification is still in an active status.
