I went through a broker in December 2013 too ask if I could get a loan on my case told him what kind of case it was and where my Lawyers were located. I Got a $20,000 loan from them in 2014 another loan couple months later and another loan all adding up too $37,000. Compund interest from the date of my last loan adds up to over $107,000. That`s three times the amount of what I borrowed and my case has yet to be tried because of discovery process with a mass tort. Okay here is my complaint: I keep asking for additional loan as they know my case is very structured by the info they have from my attorneys so what is the problem if your advertisement says you take care of Plaintiffs and law firms during the litigation process?

Should have explained to me about the meaning of MAXED OUT before I even took the extra loans that could have been spreaded out but no they charged me such high interest that another Loan Company who loans Money to help litigants during their time of distress and aggravation could be helping me. But when and if my case settles my lawyer can ask for a reduction then. Screw that I need it reduced now not later so another brokerage can buy it out and be able to charge a fair market value and a loan with lower interest rates than LawCash. Law Cash is a scam and the only way I see them not being a scam is to lower their rates against us litigants knowing the process is going to take time through the courts. And overall they still see their money before I see any when it`s settled. I understand about the cases that dont win but charging high interest is a way too just rape us of future benefits.
