Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was contacted by phone by two men one by the name of Barry Davis and a nother by the name of Mark Davis. They both talk to me about Investment opportunitys with the Company Lawstar Inc.

After talking to both Barry and Mark I was assured by them that it would not take more than 90 days for a return on the investment with a pay out of $60.00 per share. As a single dad with three children I thought it would be a good investment for them and myself. a way to pay for College for when it was time and a new car for the family as well as fixing up our home.( Man was I wrong )I bought 3500 shares and agreed to invest at $4.00 per share or $14,000.

Well it has been over two years now and I have not seen a thing from them or my money. Can you say ( FOOL ) I have tried to call Lawstar Inc with no out come it is now Oct 2 2005. What they did to me and my family can not and will not be foregiven!

To any one and every one out there that reads this, Please just hang up the phone when some one calls you asking you to invest your money with them.

Dear 'Wesley'; We still do not know who YOU are, yet you continue to make false statements about our company, our team, past and present. For example, your statement about having checked employment at Lloyds proves your statements are not truthful: Lloyds is an insurance Market, not a Company. Your claim of having checked employment records with a MARKET (of over 2,000 corporate underwriters) is therefore obvious falsehood. Your similar statement concering not finding our CPA on Wall Street is another. Your statements indicate a lack of credibility, so this is the last time we will take the time to rebutt them. You are once again asked to contact the company. Our telephones are always answered, as are faxes and email. We look forward to finding out who you are - but will not check this site / your comments further; it appears a forum for slander, not legitimate grievances. Your statements have been forwarded to our counsel. We look forward to hearing from you.

Sir, I called today at 1pm your time and again at 1:35pm and again at 4pm and got no one to pick up the phone on Nov 1, 2005. So I will try again tomorrow at 10am your time and then I will fax you a copy of my Shares so that you can see that I am telling the truth as well as the paper work. I will also show you a copy of the check made out to Lawstar for $14,000. You ask why I am just now coming out with this is because I tried to sell my shares and was told that they were no good, and even my bank looked into this when I was going to use the shares on a loan. So please tell us Mark, how I have a check made out to Lawstar from my bank as well as 3,500 so called shares with my name on them as well as Lawstar's? Also why do I have all the paper work from Lawstar showing the pay out of the stocks in both long and short. Here is something for you also, I know alot of good people that work in New York in and around Wall Street. So I looked into a Mr.Dickson V. Lee He is your Certified Public Accountant, he did your report on the Financial Statements. This is what I found out, no such person by that name and no such office on Wallstreet. Executive team Your CEO is Mark Cave, David Harris as COO,Hany Demian as CFO, Sharim Bahadori as IT Managers are Bernadette Czarniecki, Off MGR - Cliff Sorenson, Sys Mgr - Shonty Spatola, CSM - Mario Gray as head programer. It says here that Mr.Cave started out at Lloyd's in London, Now why is it that they have no record of this person working from them. How do i know this, is beause I have Insurance with them and I thought I would ask them about Mr. Cave. Also what happen to all the links on the web for Lawstar, is it not funny how you click on them and they go no place? I too also look forward to solving the mystery, and hope for the sake of the individuals concerned that this is not a simple case of libel. I'll be caling at 10am will see who picks up the Phone and should this matter be taken care of by the end of the day, I will write to the fact and that will be the end of this, However, should it not! We are frankly amazed that a shareholder, if legitimate, would choose this forum to communicate with the company, while apparently in possession of all of our contact information - once again, we ask that you contact our company. We do not have a 'loop recording' of any kind. Our telephones are manned 6am to 5pm - and we still have absolutely NO record of you as a shareholder in our company. We urge you - if you are indeed legitimate - to contact our company directly to sort this matter out. A simple reconcilliation of payment should straigten matters out once and for all, and if we are somehow in error, we'll be quick to apologize to you. Should you instead choose to continue to make claims via this public forum, I believe we'll have our answer in another manner.

Dear Sirs; We are deeply concerned about the nature of this report. It was brought to our attention through the actions of a disgruntled ex-employee, who distributed these statements to some of our shareholders, in a misguided attempt to attack members of the management of this company. What is disturbing is that after our CFO searched all shareholder records, here is what he found: 1) Our company has no record of any shareholder with the name "Wesley". 2) Our company has no record of any shareholder residing in 'Palm Bay, Florida'. 3) Our company did not issue stock at $4 / share. 4) We have no record of any communication from any individual matching this name, this share price, or that residence in the over 2 years this individual claims to have been attempting to contact us. We would expect a legitimate shareholder to be included within our database. We would also expect that any such shareholder would have our address, our phone numbers, or our website address - all of which could have been used to contact the company. Our telephones are manned from 6am to 5pm, PST. If contact had been made, the shareholder would have been in receipt of management's offer last year to buy-out shareholders - and would have gained a profit from the sale of his / her investment in the company at that time. Hence our deep concern. All information points to a smear campaign, with your site being unwittingly co-opted as the vehicle for that campaign. Otherwise, why would a shareholder deliberately damage the company in whom they own stock, without first attempting to contact the company through any normal communication channels? Our physical, web address, email addresses, and phone numbers have all remained unchanged for over 5 years - this is information that logically should be in the possesion of a legitimate shareholder. Why did this shareholder suddenly post this 'claim' now? We invite this individual to contact the company - we would appreciate more information about their shareholding, and how they came by it, and would be very interested in reviewing a copy of their share certificate. Please feel free to pass our email and telephone information to him / her from our completed registration form for this purpose. We look forward to solving the mystery with your help, and hope for the sake of the individuals concerned that this is not a simple case of libel. For and on behalf of LAWSTAR, Inc.
