LBF Travel in USA when visiting the USA with my family i was in urgent need for tickets to SA LBF booked return tickets.I want to cancel the return flight but cannot get hold of LBF san diego California

while visiting te USA on holiday with my family, our flight was diverted due to weather in new york. we lost our return flight to south africa and was in critical need for one way tickets to south africa i got tickets through lbf travel on their ref nrs 6M857Q and 6M86DB at an exuberant price of 13153 usd these tickets however were booked as return tickets
coming from south africa ,i cannot return to the USA i am therefore trying to cancel the return flights and get a refund which i urgently need not LBF on their contact mail or this Rocco person working for them that helped me initially to get the tickets are coming back to me i am thus getting no responce back on my mails that i send them and i have sent numerous e-mails to them asking for urgent attention.
