LDC Collections systems City of Tucson Traffic collections False accusations , Did a shotgun blast of mailings to everyone with the same name as the person they wanted "fishing with tax payers money" accusing a mass of people. Phoenix, Arizona
City of Tucson is trying to collect on outstanding traffic citations. So the city sends out this mass mailing to everyone with the same name. I have a different middle name. So for me to clear my good name I have to prove them wrong. ( Last time I looked that's Guilty till Proven innocent) Just because I have a similar name shouldn't make me guilty.
The internet is loaded with reports on this company all bad.
This company has come up with a way to make money at the tax payers expense on trying to collect on old traffic tickets. I think there's better ways to collect on traffic tickets on a Government level, than shyster collection agency's. Also try and get hold of LDC Collections good luck. (can you say shadow company)
