I am writing to seek help from RIP OFF regarding LEADCREATIONS COMPANY. They have abandoned our company and never paid us after giving them our service. We worked with them for a month but they did not pay us after producing all sales and leads. We spent system for them as we know they will pay us, but we spent more than $1,000 for teh system without them paying a single penny, plus our service was never paid as well. We are a Call Center in the Philippines and we produce manpower for them to get leads for Back, Wrist, and neck brace. We produced VALID SALES as per their tagging and these were never paid. Now, we are still waiting for our salary. We also have families and we also need to eat and this is the reason why we worked hard for this campaign and do all the terms and conditions they gave us, despite their VERY BAD RESPONSES AND ACTIONS when responding to us.

So they suddenly terminated the contract without any notifications and explanations. Our contacts in this project are Elif Pelin Celikel and she is from Istanbul, Turkey. She is working with Umut Varjar and Phil Yates, but Phil Yates was said to be terminated, same as the time when they terminated everything from our company.

ELIF PELIN CELIKEL is the pain in the a*s. You will never attempt to speak with her nicely as she is a racist when it comes to speaking with us over skype. She is the worst client we have ever had, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY UNEDUCATED when it comes to speaking with us. Aside from her VERY BAD ENGLISH, her attitude is inhumane and very UNPROFESSIONAL. Lastly, this guy named JEREMY JAMES was the one who took over to notify us that they terminated us without any specified reasons.

I AM WARNING EVERYONE TO NEVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THE COMPANY. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFULL.

The complainant, an employee of 3S Offshoring and Outsourcing, Inc. is completely incorrect.

Our company outsourced certain call center services to 3S Offshoring and Outsourcing, Inc. in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan, Philippines. Shortly after starting, we became dissatisfied with their services and terminated them. 3S was paid, in full, for their services!

If the complainant is unhappy that they were terminated, they need to apply some introspection. Our company is highly focused on quality and compliance and if a vendor is unable to meet certain standards, we are unable to work with them. In the instant case, we were simply not satisfied with the services and chose to terminate our business relationship with the call center, as we are entitled to do.

If this is an employee that was not paid by 3S, we will gladly send you proof of our payment to 3S so that you can take it up with your employer. You write multiple times below that you were not paid, but 3S was definitely paid! If you want to take to a reviews site to slander a business, you should first do the responsible thing and get the facts straight.

I am one of the managers of LeadCreations’ call center operations. I am aware of the background surrounding this complaint and all the allegations contained in this report are false.

LeadCreations contracted with 3S Offshoring and Outsourcing Inc. on May 5, 2017 to provide outside call center services. We began doing business on May 10, 2017 and immediately had problems with the services provided by 3S. To begin with their technological capabilities did not meet our needs or what was represented to us and the caliber of agents they had were below our standards.

We terminated 3S on June 13, 2017. They were completely paid for their services. If this employee or agent was not paid by 3S, he needs to take that up with his employer, not the client.

The above review, aside from being false, is attributed to being written by myself and one of the principals of our company. Clearly, we did not write this.
