The merchant's account was closed due to an excessive number of Cardholder disputes. LEADERS did not cause the Cardholder disputes and has worked with the merchant for several months to try and correct or alleviate the issue. Processed funds were held on the merchant's account to secure against future losses, as LEADERS holds the liability of any loss associated with the merchant's account. LEADERS has been more than cooperative with the merchant in explaining the loss and providing a detail of the amount due. The merchant is more than welcome to contact our Merchant Support and Risk Department for an additional accounting detail of any funds due. To reiterate, the amount due was caused by the merchant's clients disputing items and not by any action taken by LEADERS.

I would like to agree that they are very rude when you are trying to figure out what is happening. You have to bounce around all over their phone system to figure out what is going on. We just go ta letter from their collections with debt we owe them. We then asked about the funds they withheld from us, NOBODY knows where our funds are that they owe us! This company is a joke!
Sarah, stop apologizing to us all and then put your company on a pedestal in how you were in the "right" to do what you do to all of us. Horrible customer service.

LEADERS Merchant Services would like to apologize to this merchant for her experience with our Risk Department. We at LEADERS pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and to hear a complaint such as this is disheartening. This merchant seems to be upset with our company for charging her fees that are clearly indicated and signed for by the merchant on our contract. The merchant provided our sales representative with an average transaction value and then signed for that amount on the application. When the merchant started processing transactions higher than her approved value our Risk Department was obligated to intercede. LEADERS properly requested additional financial information from the merchant to review her account so that she may process larger transactions. This information must be requested as LEADERS is essentially guaranteeing and assuming all the liability of these transactions. This is done to protect the processor and the merchant and is a practice followed by all processors. We at LEADERS pride ourselves in providing our merchant's with quality service and regret that the merchant feels our service was less than satisfactory. Under the circumstances we followed standard industry practices. LEADERS would also like to address the merchant's concerns with the PCI compliance fee; PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is an Association established standard, required of all processors, which has been developed to endeavor and to safeguard against cardholder data compromises at the merchant level. All processors are engaged in PCI initiatives to assure merchant compliance, and to the best of our knowledge all processors are assessing PCI fees, accordingly. While we understand that no one enjoys the assessment of fees, the PCI services we are providing to our merchants are exemplary, our fee is very competitive, and our merchant agreement provides for the implementation of such services and fees. Compliance with PCI is a mandated requirement and we and our merchants have no alternative but to adhere to these standards. Leaders Merchant Services would like to apologize for any misunderstandings she may have with our company and would like to wish this merchant the best of luck in all future endeavors

I finally was able to cancel them (had to wait a few years before I could do this without charges). I faxed in a letter requesting to be canceled, which I confirmed that they received by calling them. They still have me enrolled, and have decide to charge me this month: $20 monthly charge $39 monthly fee $99 annual fee This stuff has been going on for years! I want to join a class action law suit against this company
