I gave the owner of this company, Jennie Huang a $400 down payment to install video cameras in my home. We had a signed contract. She came back with her crew and tried to up the total price by a few hundred more.
I said no thank you and that I would just like a full refund. No services were ever performed. She said she would give me a full refund. I never received a dime and currently have a small claims case filed against her.
I knew it was fishy when she insisted on a cash transaction and wanted half the money in cash as a down payment. Thank goodness I at least had the wherewithall to write a check as proof of payment.
Now I have to waste my time and go to court. Even if I do get a judgment, which I will, it will probably be impossible to collect from this white collar crook. Buyer beware, do not do business with this sleazy excuse of a company.
She calls the company LeadingSpect Corporation. Run the other way and fast.
