Lean Life PM - NovaPointe ripoff fraudulent billing respresentatives are nonexistent, UNAUTHORIZED charges Ontario, California
I tried the free sample, of which I asked for, via internet. I tried the product for a couple days, and found that it did not work for my body type. I e-mailed the company 5 times to stop my account and to not charge my bank card for any more charges. I also informed them not to send any more product.
I left over 5 phone messages, never getting a real person, leaving 5 different messages. No one ever got back to me. And, of course, after the 10 day trial period was up (even though I tried cancelling 10 different times) they charged me the $108.06 for the monthly supply. I did NOT authorize that charge.
This is a bad company, almost seeming not existent, they just take your money. DO NOT order anything from this company. Your money will be stolen. I have my bank investigating the charges and am confident that the charges will be reversed.
