In November of 2005 I filled out the online forms for what I thought was a Survey Group offering to pay people for answering surveys.During the process several of these screens requiring the signing up to accept offers appeared and would not let me continue on through the process without taking at least one of the offers.

LeanLifePM seemed the least troublesome and possible most useful of the products/services on the list. In reading the offer, I understood that I could keep the product regardless of whether I continued to take it after the 3 month trial period. However, I received a box of the product one week after the trial item came and since I immediately returned the box, unopened, I thought that was the last of it. Then my credit card bill arrived, with 2 (two) $99.90 charges for the product. I tried to call the number given for LeanLIfe and had to go through a long "pick a number" list and at the end was hung up on. I finally managed to find a human, named Cherry, who assured me that I would be refunded the charges on my card.

To date I have not received the refund, either on my card or by direct refund check. The company now has a toll free number that takes messages only and assured me that I would be contacted. To date, there has been no contact.
