On October 6th, 2005 I went online and requested a sample of LeanLife PM. My debit card was chaged the $6.95 for the sample packet I received on October 17th and returned on October 18th. Actually I just refused the package and took it straight back to the post office.

I received my bank account statement on Friday, October 28th and to my surprise I have a $99.90 charge on there from Leanlife PM. I DID NOT authorize this charge, I don't even know what the charge is for.

I've called the phone number associated on my bank account as well as the number on the LeanLifepm.com website as well as sent them an email with no response. I started calling the company on Friday with no luck and I've called every hour on the hour today and still get the same old stupid message, "enter you phone number, then leave your name and a breif message and someone will get back to me". What a lie.

I've talked to my bank and I'm going to fill out an affidavit as well as cancel my debit card so Lean Life PM won't keep charging me for product I didn't order nor did I receive.

I will gladly go in a class action suit against them. The least they could do is return my phone call.
