LeanLifePM ripoff Class Action piece of cake! Ontario California
Launching a class action suit against this company should be a piece of cake for those of us who keep email records, phone records and credit card records. It doesn't matter that LeanLife purposely doesn't email back a cancellation confirmation; if you have your records, and notified this fraudsite in under 14 days, you have a cut-n-dry case!
First, of course, call your credit card company (800 number on back of card) to dispute the charge if it's under 60 days since Leanlife charged $99 to your credit card. (I did this, but I still love going after crooks). If you got robbed already, this could be such an easy case for any of the successful class action lawyers around. If you're from CA or OR get in touch with me.
