LeapFish Inc Fraud Destroying Lives !
LeapFish Fraudulant Sales Practices Bankrupt 87 Year Old Woman !

I'm writting in reguards to Leapfish Inc preditory , agressive and fraudulent sales practices on the elderly and desperately unemployed !

On or about the morning of October 9 , 2009 i was cold called by one Cathleen Mann , sales representive for a company called Leapfish , 4420 Rosewood Drive , Pleasanton California , 94588 . As a result they ran up my 87 year old mothers credit cards in 17 days for the amountof $ 30,011.31 .
I was honest with Mrs Mann and told her i was unemployed and and studying on the internet trying to retrain myself late in life ( i am 55 yrs old ) as to how to make a livelyhood on the internet . I told her I was buying cars off of Craigslist and repairing them just to get by and my 87 year old mother was helping me out with her credit while i get restarted . I was just barely keeping up with the basic bills at the time .
Mrs Mann pursued me day and night . Through the weekend . I did'nt even have a chance to even think about this . Was made to believe they were the next Google . Told there were major financial publications such as Money Magazine , the Wall Street Journal and other major financial publications coming out with major articles on them which never transpired . Also told there were going to have national press conferences in Washington D C and New York City . ! Never happened !
Now an honest business woman would have said well Mr Swisher lets just try a couple of keywords and see if we can help you get a start on the internet . Not con me out of all my 87 year old mothers credit card numbers and max every one of them out to the tune of $30,011.31 in 17 days from the 9 th to the 26th of October 2009 . I know i am ultimately responsible for giving my mothers credit card numbers to Mrs Mann but the decision was all based on the misrepresentation and false statements made about Leapfish Inc .

Let me tell you this is the worst thing that has ever happened to me and my family . I spent Thanksgiving and Christmas alone as i could not face anybody in the family ! I was so ashamed of being scamed by Leapfish and having them destroy my mothers credit causing her so much heartache .

She is so frightened about the future now and afraid of being put out on the street . Leapfish has taken away this 87 year old womans peace of mind . What a way to run a business ! Steeling and cheating sweet old ladies for the all mighty dollar . What a bunch of scumbags .

I have written Mr. Behrouzi , the owner of Leapfish about this fraud and he would not refund our monies . I would hope the authorities could help us in this matter . My mother has no credit now after working hard all her life . Something has to be done to stop this fraud . I am going public with this now and if i can keep just one person from going through this it will be worth the public embarrassment .

I've made some very serious mistakes here and got taken by some very unethical people .
I may be down but i will never give up . I will keep reading tell i find some honest people on the Net . I hope the FTC , Attorney General of California and or the Better Business Bureau can stop these people from taking advantage of people trying to rebuild thier lives . Please check into this and stop these fraudlent sales practices !
