Leasecomm Claims that they "only finance". This is a BIG LIE. They totally control most of their "vendors". A look at the dot org version of leasecomm has a full explanation. The company was "designed" to perpetrate fraud on a big scale.

Althought many statees have a 3 day recind period, it is only after the 3rd day that anyone signing these contracts finds out how duped they were. These contracts are cancelable. Its called Bankruptcy! The attorney generals in states that leasecomm has clients should be contacted and this brought to the forefront. I too have been stuck with a leasecomm contract. and I have no phone numbers or contacgt info, I couldn't even use the account if I wanted to.

This email is a rebuttal to RipOff #4972. It was sent by @Rebuttal_Name@ at [email protected]. They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: @Rebuttal_Name@ Their phone number: @Rebuttal_Phone@ Their relationship to the company: Devotee Rebuttal: Ok first of alll you signed a non-cancelable contract. No where on the lease does it say that Leasecomm will automatically transfer anything. However it is an option which you have to do yourself. Also they are a finanacial inststuton who, because you signed your name on a NON-CANCelABLE contract asking them to pay the dealer for your virtual terminal. You should at least know what you are talking about and get all of your facts straight before you complain. If you were in court presenting that info you would get eaten alive. And the dealer set you up with all of this they sent you the lease you shouldn't have been stupid enough to sign it---- thats was really smart to sign a blank contract and whats more you just admited in writing that you signed it. geez get a clue
