leasecomm fraudulent billing & credit rip-off California
Leasecomm claimed ownership of a contract we had signed onto for credit card charge servine and the swipe machine itself. Once notified of this we opted to cancel the service with them and return the equipment. The returned equipment wes refused by them and returned to us with no explanation. every attempt to contact their receiving department went unanswered as dod correspondance with their credit/collections dept.
Needless to say we cancelled the banking relationship, discontinued payments, and ended all operational ties with leasecomm, or more correctly the origional company we contracted with. Leasecomm continued billing and soon threatened legal action against us.
Th make a long story short the ordeal resulted in a derogatory credit item which we are resolving. Leasecomm uses fraudulent business practices and should be investigated by the Feds for fraud. I am pleased to see others coming forward exposing these crooks.
