I have been given an opportunity to share my situation as a rebuttal to the rediculous allegations that have been posted on this site.  I was able to save my credit by turning over my BMW to this company at no cost to me WHAT-SO-EVER, they actually gave me a seller incentive.  

Leasemaster Placed my car two times and it has since been returned to the dealership un-damaged and on-time.

Leasemaster USA - kept me updated on the location of my vehicle by sending me GPS data once a week.

This isn't even the best part!  I was able to get a brand new BMW that I drive now, and it's a love affair, I love this car!

There is no way I could've financed this on my own.

So all I have to offer in terms of how I feel abour Leasemaster USA is WOW!

Than you!, Thanks for treating me right and making this happen for me, you saved my but twice!

I recomend Lease Master USA to anyone who wants to deal with an honest and diligent Lease Assumption Company.

Thank You Guys! Let me know How this turns out! I don't know if this will get to you or not but , but I hope so.

I work for LMUSA, and I can say from personal experience, that we do not rip our clients off. We offer a valuable service that may not be an option for everyone, but for those that choose this as a way to save their credit, I guarantee that 9 out of 10 are happy.

We have made it our mission to protect our client's interest, and we believe this is exactly why this libelous post, from an anonymous person claiming to be a client, has been filed in the first place. 

Unfortunately, when we place our cars, even though we pay to install GPS and ignition kill technology, some buyers find themselves unable to make the payments on our vehicles. We give them two chances to make the payments, and if they are'nt handling their end of the agreement, then we repossesse the vehicle. Occasionally in business you have to make tough choices, but we look out for our sellers regardless of how mad a buyer might be about it.  We have to deal with people getting angry at us for doing our job and repossessing their car, as we promise to do in our seller contracts.

If this person claiming to be a past client would simply contact us to discuss his claim we would be happy to make every effort to resolve any and all issues they have. I deal with about 30% of the clients our company has contracts and they all have client id numbers, We have provided our sellers with these numbers so that we can verify owners of vehicles over the phone.

So - if the author of Ripp-Off Post is truly a client, and not a competitor, then all they have to do is post their client ID.   You see, what this person doesn't realize is that we direct ALL of our new clients directly to Ripp-Off Report  to review these rediculous posts about our company. We have nothing to hide, and we also believe that honesty is always the best policy. We want any and all legitimate claims out in the open for everyone to see.

We strive to offer the very best in customer support, but we are not, nor have we ever claimed to be above human error, so, we've dedicated an entire section of our website exclusively for rip-off report and testimonials.

Working with these people was basically my last resort.  I was extremely concerned about a scam, but after several months of consideration and trying to find another option, I did turn my car over to Leasemaster.  I have only had a few minor things I've had to deal with since then, and have probably saved $8,000 or more in insurance and payments in the last 6 months.  I can even call in and have them send me information on where the car is that very moment, which makes me feel much better about this arrangement.

I don't understand why anyone would say anything bad about this company!  This has to be a lie.  They've had my Jaguar since July of 2009, and have returned every phone call I've ever made to them.  This company has been great to me, even helping me get into another vehicle after I lost my house and my credit went into the toilet for a while.  They are kind, courteous, and very, very professional.  I would love to let anyone who wants to e-mail me know what I think about this company, and you can contact me at [email protected]

What is this crap??!!?!?  I got nothng but love for this company, it was this or a repo for me, and these people treated me right.  My Range Rover was 3 months behind and I was getting calls all the time about it from the bank.  They got it with someone who took care of it, made the payments, and that got me time to catch up the other paymetns and keep my credit

It looks like you guys just had some extra time on your hands and filed rebuttals claiming you were a happy client. This isn't a clients testimonials forum where you get ONE of your clients to write good things about you. How much did you pay them? Rather then spending time writing your lies and pretending you are a happy client, why don't you try fixing the problems you created. No one in their right mind would come to your company, or companies, you have so many company names its ridiculous. Doesn't it seem odd that you are now "Dee Anderson" yet your real name is Debra Monfore? What are you hiding from? Why use a falsified name? I guarantee that your clients don't know your real name, why? Because you deceived them, fearing they might find out about your past.

    It looks like you guys just had some extra time on your hands and filed rebuttals claiming you were a happy client. This isn't a clients testimonials forum where you get ONE of your clients to write good things about you. How much did you pay them? Rather then spending time writing your lies and pretending you are a happy client, why don't you try fixing the problems you created. No one in their right mind would come to your company, or companies, you have so many company names its ridiculous. Doesn't it seem odd that you are now "Dee Anderson" yet your real name is Debra Monfore? What are you hiding from? Why use a falsified name? I guarantee that your clients don't know your real name, why? Because you deceived them, fearing they might find out about your past. And your partner in crime Josh, Joshua whatever he calls himself is no different.

    What is this crap??!!?!?  I got nothng but love for this company, it was this or a repo for me, and these people treated me right.  My Range Rover was 3 months behind and I was getting calls all the time about it from the bank.  They got it with someone who took care of it, made the payments, and that got me time to catch up the other paymetns and keep my credit decent.

    I don't understand why anyone would say anything bad about this company!  This has to be a lie.  They've had my Jaguar since July of 2009, and have returned every phone call I've ever made to them.  This company has been great to me, even helping me get into another vehicle after I lost my house and my credit went into the toilet for a while.  They are kind, courteous, and very, very professional.  I would love to let anyone who wants to e-mail me know what I think about this company, and you can contact me at [email protected].

    Working with these people was basically my last resort.  I was extremely concerned about a scam, but after several months of consideration and trying to find another option, I did turn my car over to Leasemaster.  I have only had a few minor things I've had to deal with since then, and have probably saved $8,000 or more in insurance and payments in the last 6 months.  I can even call in and have them send me information on where the car is that very moment, which makes me feel much better about this arrangement.
