Lebedin Kofman LLP aka Russ Kofman aka Arthur Lebedin Deceptive marketing, bait and switch, preying on the poor New York New York
This law firm preys on desperate people in their time of need and exploit loopholes in the legal system to attack small businesses for the sole purpose of generating frivolous law suits. The firm gets paid, but the clients they represent get screwed over. These are two attorneys that clearly couldn't make it in the real world and are now feeding off of the underprivileged and under informed. They claim to be protecting consumers from deceptive and unfair business practices, when they engage in the same sort of tactics themselves. One day a law will be passed that will put firms like this out of business.
