I see you are going to lie about the transaction that took place! It seems to be "Your Standard Operating Proceedure" according to what i've read on this site! I did e-mail you! directly from your site! since the whole world can't read it, I'll tell everyone what i wrote to you after days of you not answering my many calls to you (as you have so kindly addmitted to the world!) my e-mail to you was as follows : Call Me. just two simple little words! that i figured even you with your limited vocabulary could understand! You see i work out in the real world! I dont have access to the internet on a daily basis nor do i sit at a desk, with a computer, that has web access! I escort OVERSIZE LOADS gone for days and sometimes weeks at a time! my access to the regular 9 to 5 world is limited! Mike told me the day he took my credit card info, over the phone. that my lightbar would be put on the truck that day, headed for my house, that it would be there in 3 maybe 7 days at the most! and I never Heard from you again until. You Posted a rebuttal ON THIS SITE! So that tells me you have been made aware of this site! you took the time and effort to post a rebuttal about my claim. but you couldn't send me one single e-mail back to me at my hotmail.com address. you appear to be more concerened about what the world sees you for! and you could care less about your customers once they have forked over the money for your products. the only reason we could think of for you to have answered the phone call from my girlfriend, is because you thought "HERE'S ANOTHER SUCKER ON THE LINE" Because when you realized it was another unsatisfied customer. you stop answering that number as well!

As I explained so kindly on the phone to your Girlfriend the other day, your order will be on backorder for another 10 days. You were made aware of this prior to placing your order.
Again, YOur order is on BACKORDER. Calling us 20 times within an hour, during a busy day, can unfortunately prevent us from speaking to you. You can always send an email or wait an hour and call us again when call volumes decrease.
