Well to be fair I will start this at the beginning.  I placed my order online and everything went as expected and was somewhat impressed when I saw on the bottom of the email from Eric "Have a Blessed Day".



The order arrived on time and was what I expected.  The first time I used the Traffic Enforcer 5M one of the banks of lights went out.  That was the night after it came in.



I emailed LED Outfitters and got no response so 2 days later I called and left a voice message.  That has been 6 days ago and still no response.   They say they have a 5 year warranty but with the poor customer service they will not need it. 



After 5 days of no response and needing a warning light I ordered one from another source.  I have used it several times already with no problems.  I had to purchase another one because I gave my old set to another fire fighter than could not afford his own set.



If LED Outfitters was to send me another light I could not send them the old one because they are in the bottom of a river now exactly where there Customer Service is located from what I can tell.  So if they want to fix this situation they will have to replace without the old ones or go swimming for the old ones.



This was a $100 lesson for me, but seeing I will be purchasing lights and such for our Department now I am sure it is going to cost them more than what it cost me in MISSED sales.
