Legal Recovery Law Offices in Mission Valley East is doing business illegal. If you been sued, put an ad on Craigslist, I am trying to get a class action. This outfit is so shady. Mr.Sitter, Vp of the law firm and Mr. Davis, Ceo, are not even lawyers. A violation of the state bar act. The bar has some complaints on them too, I think they are actually being investigated. Not too long before these go to jail, in my opinion.

If you do your research you can beat these guys in court. They pray on people who lack the knowledge of how things work. A few hours of research and showing up to court will get you the tiket you need to win. Most people do not show up to court and that is the reason they do not win. Missing court is an automatic default. They win.

And make sure you are not being taken to court on a charge off account. That means the account has been discharged and the bank got its break.

I'm not sure what this was all about but one fact stood out. TARP was, in fact, passed by Bush, not Obama. Not that I'm any too happy with any of the government right now.
