You are the one thats indecisive! The response from LS is clear to me. LS's email simply states that your membership will NOT be reinstated (since its a month to month contract), meaning you will NOT be charged again. Whats the problem? as for the customer service, in 15 years of my continual membership, I have changed payment forms and dates 7-8 times, address and email updates, added my bf, removed my bf and they have always been nothing but the best! Maybe its just you! and the attorneys have saved me over $200,000, they have always been very courteous and complete and their assistance.....yea, its just you!
