If you are a lawyer and you hope to take in more cases, DO NOT sign up with this company. They run their business like magazine sales. I did not want to sign up for a full year and I made it clear that I would consider using them again after trying them for a 9 month period I paid for at the time. The sales manager I dealt with told me I had to e-sign the form contract but that I did not need to worry with the standard language that was part of the form about auto-renewal. He and I both knew that auto-renewal was not intended by the parties at the time. He had spoken to his people and we were all clear. Or so I thought.
At the end of the 9 months, guess what? They auto-renewed for a full additional year, debted my bank account, and continued sending me leads I did not want. I called to get this cleared up, but was met with nothing but "sorry you didn't understand", and they have since refused to return calls or emails after I brought this problem to the attention of the sales manager I had dealt with in the beginning. Since then, all they have done is send worthless leads in an obvious attempt to collect for services that were not negotiated in good faith, and are unwanted.
LegalMatch is an unprofessional outfit. Buyer beware!!!
