LegalZoom.com They charge for services that amount to nothing INTERNET
LegalZoom set up my LLc at what i would later learn was an inflated price. They also served as my LLc's Regestered Agent, at least on paper. For what they actually did I could have simply use my Outlook calendar. At teh 1 year mark I tried to drop teh service and they were adiment that i could not because they were list on that years Annual report, so after much agrivation I paid for teh service again. When I filed my nex Annual report I removed them and named a new Regestered Agent. Now at teh 2 year mark "BANG" they are still trying to bill for something they aren't doing. They are a major rip-off. You can do all this stuff yourself and save plenty off money. Their ads are deceptive, their suppport staff is rude and deceptive, and they will bully you to get you to keep paying them. I have refered their corispoundence and recordings of the interactions with them to teh State AG's office and filed a BBB complaint. DON'T USE LEGALZOOM, they are a RIP-OFF.
