Contracts to purchase 4 homes were submitted. Ive been waiting for 4 weeks to get them executed and nothing has happened. I talked to the sales manager, Scott Villareal, and he assured me that the contracts would be executed the next day; it has been weeks and Ive seen nothing. I spoke with Mike Wilkinson and also nothing has been done. I spoke with Jennifer, the person responsible for approving the contracts, and nothing has been done.

Legend Homes Corp recently offered an incentive on the homes I purchased for an extra $2,000 off. Legend sales employees received an email from Scott Villareal stating that if any sales counselor was to enter into a new agreement in favor of the $2,000 savings the sales employee would be fired. Scott Villerreal now says that they've decided not to sell to me.

Michael **** does not know all the facts

Michael **** is very persistent but does not know all the facts. Michael tried to purchase four homes from Legend Homes for investment purposes. He had already purchased one that he said he was going to live in and later rented it out. He went by our sales office and talked to the sales professional to purchase four more. They wrote the contract for the four homes and it was turned in to the corporate office. Once we found out that all the homes would be rented out and that he would not be living in any of them we decided not to accept the contracts. Selling a large amount homes to investors in a brand new community that will ultimately be rented out is a problem for the community for a number of reasons that you can pick up paper and read about every day. This is to help the current homeowners and is a very common practice in many communities and many builders in the Houston area. Michael **** earnest money was returned to him in full but he continued to harass the sales professional and turn to any venue to slander all that are involved just because he did not get his way. He could of easily gone to a different community or builder that did not care about selling to investors. I am only responding to this report because it has my name attached to it and everyone deserves to know the truth. I hope no one has to deal with an individual like Michael ****. Scott
