This is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in before, whatever you do, don't move to Legends of Memorial! The manager Elizabeth is nothing but a liar! When you tell her about the problems in your apartment, she lies right to your face and says that she will fix everything when she knows that she won't! The a/c never works, Is infested with roaches, The roof leaks, etc. This complex is unsafe and should be condemned by the city! Don't live here unless you like nasty people and conditions!!!!!
