I have read a few extremely negative reports on this company and felt I should take the time to file a positive one. Having read the other reports after I placed my order I was very leary of the product. Then after reading the terms and conditions, (who does that anyway?) I was even more concerned. My nephew wanted a go kart so I did an internet search and LG Global came up. Comparing them and several other retailers plus the sellers on E-Bay and Craigslist I liked the 150cc DirtHugger on LG Global. The price was right and so I contacted Rene via online chat and later via telephone. I told her my needs and that it was imperative the item arrive within 7 days as my nephew was coming for spring break. She suggested the expedited shipping and then gave me a discount for paying with check. The kart arrived ontime and in good condition. It was packed well. The delivery driver noted he had delivered the same unit to another family about a year ago and they loved theirs. I will say there are some valid points in the other reports, for example the assembly instructions were useless. The translation from Chinese to English at least made for some humorous moments. "Do not touch engine after running as you may be hurted." The return policy, or lack thereof is disconcerting. However, as a purchaser of a wholesale product I must assume some of the responsibility for assembly (assemblage in the instructions) and realize the wholesaler acts as a middleman, they never even saw the unit that arrived. I assembled the unit in about 4 hours. Easy? No. Impossible? No. Do you need a good set of metric tools? Absolutely! Would a "cherry picker" or engine hoist be of assistance? Yes. There was some consternation in removing the unit from the angle iron container. Is this a job for the average consumer in a city with no mechanical experience and a limited set of tools? I would say not. Yes there were many loose bolts and wires (to be expected in shipping from China) but I checked them, charged the battery, and the engine started right up. It was fun to drive and my nephew loves it. After about 4 hours of use several bolts were loose, but we were driving "off-road" and having grown up around machinery on a farm we had no problems in tightening the loose nuts and taking off through the pasture again. I could have spent two or three times as much and got a fully assembled unit but for the price I felt this was a good deal and I was more than satisfied with the service I received. Rene was AWESOME.

As this SAME customer has filed another complaint about the EXACT SAME situation, which we have already taken care of, we feel that this complaint should be removed. We have already refunded the $20.00 banking error to the customer, as well as the Shipping company shows that this customer's unit has been delivered. She claims that it has not, and we are doing research into finding out the truth of the matter. Any questions please call us at the office at 708-669-1237 Thank you, Legion Global

I myself have filed complaints on this company with anyone i can think of i have made copies of all the things that they have done to everyone and sent them to anyone that would listen this company needs to shut down they are just stealing the money we worked so had to get. I am not stopping at anything till people get back what belongs to them refunds for all the purchases they made. The owner of the store must be a hot headed idiot the manager is no better and the workers are nothing but a--h---- to deal with. If we stick together and keep filing reports something has to get down so DON'T GIVE UP some how we will get back what belongs to us are money.
