Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
It is my responsibility to do everything I can to prevent ANYONE from buying any item from Legion Global, LG Wholesale or whatever new name they have come up with now that word is getting out on their deceptive business practices.

If they will take advantage of children and people with disabilities then how much can we really expect from a company that boasts $4 million in annual sales?

The proof is on this site and (and so many others) and I have a claim filed with the State's Attorney. I am looking for others who have been ripped off by this company and its shameful owners. Please contact me for next steps so we can prevent this company from making any more money off of honest, hard working people.

What goes around comes around Legion Global... do you dare respond or continue to tell lies on this site?

Shame.

Legion Global has had 6 months to resolve this issue. Numerous emails and phone calls have been made (and yes, we've spoken to Allie.) We would have happily accepted replacements parts 6, 5, 4, 3, even 2 months ago-- but after getting the run around for 6 months, a replacement part is no longer a solution. We have no desire to speak to yet another "employee" who misleads us into thinking a replacement part is on the way. My identity is no secret to Legion Global as I have emailed, called and filed reports with BBB and the State's Attorney, on behalf of this victimized consumer, using my legal name, address and phone number. I welcome a phone call from the owner. In closing, if Legion Global was a reputable company that followed "normal" business practices and didn't scam people they would spend less time responding to all of these online complaints and more time resolving the issues to ensure repeat business. I predict they'll change their name soon and rather than spend their money refunding defective merchandise they ship, they'll hire a company to clean up the messy internet trail of dissatisfied customers. Shameful.

As we've repeatedly told you...

Ms. A---, As we have repeatedly told you, we are more than happy to replace the parts that are damaged or that you are having problems with. If you had filed a shipping damage claim at the beginning when the shipper damaged the scooter, as you should have, this wouldn't even be an issue. When you did order the parts for the scooter they were backordered, which held us at a stand-still to get them to you, until we receive them. It is uncalled for and ridiculous of you to file unnecessary and false claims about us under different names all over the internet. We are doing everything that we can within the boundaries of the policy that you, yourself agreed to when you purchased from us. We also have repeatedly told you to call us, and given you the managers name that you needed to speak to. Her name again, is Allie, she is the customer service manager, and would be more than happy to help you order the parts required for the scooter so that you might get it running properly. Which, if you read over your terms and conditions, is what is written in our policy for us to do, to help you. We do not ever knowingly ship out anything that is damaged or defective. If something was damaged in shipment to any customer, all they need to do is call the shipping company and file a damage claim to be reimbursed. If there is a confirmed manufacturer's defect, we are more than happy to hold the manufacturer responsible, and do everything in our power to ensure that the problem is corrected for the customer. We do understand that you do not like the policy that you agreed to, however, that does not change it in any way. We urge any customer's reading complaints such as this one, to remember that anyone at any time, for any reason, can complain about anything that they may not like about a company, any company, anywhere in the world. It does not make their complaints or accusations in any way the truth of a situation. Thank you, Legion Global

Legion Global, LG Wholesale, globaltrailer.net of New Lenox, IL continues to rip off consumers

Thank you for the opportunity to further expose Legion Global, even if its 2 months after the original post. I am happy to share information with other consumers as to why Legion Global lies and takes advantage of people (accusations I do not take lightly.) Clarification: This complaint against Legion Global is not about wrong colors or cosmetic damage-- it is about defective merchandise that I believe Legion Global knowingly ships to consumers (after they have received payment) with malice intent to never replace or refund. Background: Originally the complaint was that a $657 mobility scooter purchased from Legion Global for a person with a disability arrived with a cracked body. Legion Global accepted responsibility by promising to replace the damaged part. At the time of the complaint on this site, the consumer had waited over 2 months for Legion Global to send the replacement part. When it was apparent Legion Global was giving this consumer false parts have been ordered dates and fake tracking numbers for the shipment, the consumer had no choice but to use the scooter as is. This was not acceptable, but the strain of being taken advantage of was having an impact on this elderly persons health. Unfortunately, after 2 uses on the scooter shipped by Legion Global, the damage was clearly more severe than just a cracked body. The consumer learned there was also an issue with the motor when she was stranded while out on the mobility scooter (the motor ran, but the scooter didnt move.) Two uses! The distraught consumer was then forced to purchase another scooter and out $657 paid to Legion Global. So almost 6 months later, Legion Global can point to any policies they wish, but the bottom line is no court in the U.S. is going to be sympathetic to a company that boasts $4K in sales at the expense of the elderly, persons with disabilities and hard-working consumers who expect their scooters (motor sports, ATVs etc.) to work more than 2 days. In closing, many attempts have been made to reach the President of Legion Global and/or a person at management level to assist with this specific consumer and to date those attempts have been unsuccessful. After ample opportunity to resolve, I stand by my statements that this company will lie and do whatever necessary to take advantage of people. For that reason, I will continue to expose them for the deceptive company they are and pursue this until they provide a full refund. If Legion Global would like to resolve and provide a full refund before litigation, they can contact me at (((ROR REDACTED))) CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.
