We have over 10,000 Customers yearly, if you need parts, service, sales, or any tracking information from our company, We send all parts, units and responses out within a timely matter! We only have eight employees that work at our location, and the only real busy time of the year is Christmas! Sorry for any inconvienience and you will be taken care of if you purhcased from us. Keep in mind that you SHOULD NOT be purchasing an atv from any company if you do not have knowledge of them, or how small engines work. We ship out all parts within 48 hours as long as they are in stock and under warranty. If it is a simple part such as a carb. or a starter we have it in stock. If you as for a whole frame, or an engine when the customer siezed it, that is not under warranty and will not be shipped for free. Bottom Line - We are a great company that has great customer service, and since we have over 10,000 customers per year, we are going to have complaints, even WAL-MART has complaints. as a "pocket" ATV on their site in the price range you mentioned is a 2 stroke-so hopefully you mixed oil with the gas or filled the oil reservoir and this is not what your "not running" issue is-and does not state that you can set the speed to 5 mph. Only the 4 stroke one listed does. You may have confused the 2 units. It is also possible that if you bought it of eBay that they posted the listing incorrectly. I also googled the company and found no lawsuit information or messages.

Okay, another update. We had yet another person check this out. It is now running fine (not sure what the problem was however it is fine now). I appreciate your help with this and your advice on how to possibly fix the unit.

Yes i bought it cheap, However, if you were to spend this amount of money wouldn't you expect it to run more than 15 minutes? I took my child out this afternoon to ride it. We had it running for about 15 minutes last night. So i go out and finally get the thing started and it wont even move! So that means that this thing is junk! I am sure that this should have lasted more than 15 minutes (regardless of what i paid for it). As far as dicrediting a company. They have done a good job at that themselves! There is more than my complaint on here. They also have some pending lawsuits(from what i read). This is not counting im sure the many other people that do not know about this website to file their complaints. Yes i would return this however that would be nothing but a big headache. My opinion is that a company should stand behind what they sell and honor what they say.

I know it's not a lawn mower. I know exactly what it is-that's why I gave you an idea as to what to look for to possibly answer our problem about slowing it down. I am familiar with the Eton (yes, it's a quad-not a lawn mower) and that's how they do it. However, your choice to merely look past my example-as that is all it was-an example (and a quite realistic one at that)-only indicates the truly close-minded fixation you have on discreditting a company that you had unrealistic expectations about-regardless of what they told you. You wanted cheap and you got it. You could always return it-or sell it-and buy a real quad that does what you want-but then again, you would have to pay a realistic amount to get that.

This is only regarding the rebuttal. I did have different people look at this. The speed cannot be slowed down. Also this is not a lawn mower, it is a mini quad. It is specifically made for children.

Is about dealer COST for an Eton and probably any other reputable manufacturer so you really didn't spend alot in reference to a more decent machine. Other than the color mishap-you got what you paid for. These chinese knockoffs are here to stay unfortunately. Just because someone is a certified mechanic on automobiles does not make them able to work on anything else. I work on small engines and seen many a "certified A tech" flounder in a mower shop. It's only a lawn mower right? As for regulating the speed, there may be a screw on the throttle housing that limits the amount of travel the lever can be pushed. That's how it is on other manufacturer's machines. Maybe it is just missing.

Well i figured i would update my report. I FINALLY received my 50cc pocket ATV today (1-2-07) almost a month later. Upon opening it i found out it isn't even the right color. I thought after messing up everything else that they would at least get that right. On their website they claim that this can be slowed to a safe 5 miles per hour. Well upon having this assembled by a certified mechanic, it cannot! This company has had numerous complaints filed through the BBB, mine happens to be one of them, but yet somehow they continue to be in business. I am also told that the quality of this is very poor. After spending $450.00 dollars i would expect more. I think that everyone needs to put a stop to these people and put them out of business. I have been reading up on them and NOTHING being said is good. I once again would strongly urge nobody to purchase anything from these people. They are less than helpful and are nothing but liars. They sell products that are not even in stock. Mine too had been promised way before christmas and i just now got it (which i guess im one of the lucky ones). Quite frankly from what i have been reading it probably wont even last a month. I dont even feel safe letting my children ride this for fear of them being hurt!
