Today 02/28/2007, there are 18 complaints, and on 5 out of the 18 reports, 5 of the rebuttlas said this from the manager Joe at Legion Global PLEASE READ BELOW- this is what I mean about them copying and pasting rebuttlas. Also on my first reports i stated the "not once have i ever recieved a call on my pissing parts" I want to apologize to everyone on this site, I got in such a hurry in typing my report that i typed it wrong, it was meant to say "not one have I ever received a call on my MISSING parts". Please forgive me! "We have over 10,000 Customers yearly, if you need parts, service, sales, or any tracking information from our company, We send all parts, units and responses out within a timely matter! We only have eight employees that work at our location, and the only real busy time of the year is Christmas! Sorry for any inconvienience and you will be taken care of if you purhcased from us. Keep in mind that you SHOULD NOT be purchasing an atv from any company if you do not have knowledge of them, or how small engines work. We ship out all parts within 48 hours as long as they are in stock and under warranty. If it is a simple part such as a carb. or a starter we have it in stock. If you as for a whole frame, or an engine when the customer siezed it, that is not under warranty and will not be shipped for free. You will need a simple carb. adjustment which is not even a part that needs to be shipped. You must adjust the air/fuel screw on the side of the carburator! Bottom Line - We are a great company that has great customer service, and since we have over 10,000 customers per year, we are going to have complaints, even WAL-MART has complaints. I have noticed that on most of the rebuttlas that have come from Legion Global managers for other reports are all the same. It looks like they just copy and part the same report about having 10,000 customers yearly and getting complaints"Even WalMart has complaints". Please look at the other report rebuttals and you'll see what I mean. That is pretty bad this company can't even come up with a good excuse online as to why they are scamming people, that they have to use the same rebuttal each time. Now that looks bad for them and makes them look like even bigger liars!
