Len Babbitt is a thief, scammer, and liar he claimed to do loan modifications for a company in Temecula, CA called:

He hounded me until I deposited $3000 in a Bank of America account that he claims is an out of state account that he holds jointly with his wife. He was suppose to do two loan modes for me but never contacted either of the mortage companies.
I have been chasing him for six months to get the money back and he claims he is :going to make it right" but he is slimmy and slippery and always has an excuse.
I have filed a police report, with the States Attornies office and small claims.
