I revcived a telephone call on March 17 2015 at 2:30 pm est from Kimberly Chea. She ask me if I was still in the market to purchase a home loan. I told her yes then she said that she will have Micheal to call me to proceed. Micheak calle me 3 hours later and he stated in order to proceed I had to pay $199.00 to cover my approval. I paid him via credit card. He then told me that I had to go back to the website to complete my application. I downloaded everything that was needed. I ask him how it look and he said great. On March 18 I received emails to contact the title and closing attorney and the home owners insurance company. I was extremely excited I called my real estate agent and she recommended a title and home owners insurance company. On March 19 I recived a call from Kimberly Chea stating that there were some questions and concerns with my social security number. She stated that they did not match. I told her that I was a victim of identity theft and domestic violence. She stated that I needed to get a letter from the social security and administration and she also wanted my bank statements ( now granted I had already provided to her through the online portal) She said that I should go back to the bank and get another print out. I went to back to my bank on March 20th 2015 at 10:31 am EST. I got a print out and it was the same exact copy I provided to her. I then drove to the social security office I requested documents to vaerfy thet I was indeed issued a new soical securty number in 2007 . The representive stated thet the only document she could provide was a letter but it had to be mailed. I begged her to give it me so she said she had to talk to a supervisor after 15 minutes of waiting . She called up to the front and gave me a the letter to give to lending home.

I was excited so as soon as I got into my car I called Kimberly Chea and I told her I had the documents that she requested and I told her about the bank statements.(THAT THEY WERE IDENTICAL TO WHAT SHE HAS) She said that they were fine to send them to her. I requested her email address (and she provided it to me. 45 minutes latter I email both the letter and the bank statements to her. I called her at 209-581-3982 for three hours to comfirm that she recievd them but no answer. Well at 7 pm Est I texted  Mickeal at 408-705-7667 to get an update. He reply back to give him 20 minutes that they ar doing a back ground check on me. I called Mickeal 45 minutes later to get  an update. To my susprise he stated that lendinghome decline to move forward with my loan because they found somthing in my past. Guess what ? Three paid worthless checks that totaled $320.00  18 YEARS AGO. Yes 18 yeas ago.

I was shout and floored and when I asked Mickeal about it he was extremely unrprofessional and rude. I spent money and time thinnking that I was going to get a  home loan BUT ENED UP BEING SCAMMED INSTEAD.
