I purchased a brand new Lenovo Yoga laptop for my daughter in August.  Within 2 months, the touch screen stopped working.  I called customer service which did run some diagnostics over the internet.  Unfortunately, I was told that the unit would have to be mailed in to be fixed.  Two weeks later Lenovo can only tell me that the part is not in stock and will not give me an anticipated date.  After 1 month of them having the laptop and not fixing it, I realize they do not have any intention of fixing my unit still under warranty.  I request they just send the laptop back to me.  For some reason, Lenovo will not send it back.  I call every other day and am continually told that the "back office" must process this request.  This is ridiculous.  I just want my computer back.
