Today Jan. 9 by reading the other reports on here I got a diefferent phone number to call 770-425-4549. The switch board operator answered right away!!! (can you believe it) She then transfered me to customer service. Amazingly someone picked up only after 4 min. That is great compared to the hours you usually have to hold. I spoke to a lady named Karen. She told me I was at the top of the list to get my package in 10 days which I had to fill out and sign and mail back. Then they would mail me my printed copy of the credit card. I asked Karen if she was aware of all the complaints against her company. She said she knew there were hundreds. She kept interrupting me everytime I tried to explain my situation and why I was angry. She kept talking over me. I asked her how she sleeps at night knowing she is taking people's money. She did not answer. Karen said "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I asked her how she would fell if someone stole her $221.95. Wouldn't she be worried and calling someone. She said "yes". She kept asking "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I said yes don't mail me anything b/c I have gotten my money back from the bank. Then Karen hung up on me!! So all of you out there wanting to get ahold of these people call 770-425-4549!!!!! Ask for your money back if you haven't gotten it already!! I did get my money back from my bank yesterday. I also filed with the BBB. We must stop these people it is all in our hands. Dont just stop with getting your money back!!! Lets put this to a stop.
