You said "My mother then called the 'manager' there, who instead of reprimanding that horrible mean crazy employee for her misconduct and mistreatment, just gave us free glasses" Your complaint is that she yelled at you in front of people, yet yoiu wanted the manager to do the same thing instead of the manager speaking to the employee about it after. Look at your own class before critisizing others

you are the pshyco. It's been a "few years" and you're still talking about this. If you felt the mgr didn't do the proper thing than you should have gone over their head. They say they don't have a customer service # but there is always a way to get in touch with a company. If you want your voice heard then follow through. Talking about it years later does no good. My advice........GET OVER IT!
