Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
A few years ago I went to this lenscrafters to pick up some glasses. I walked into the store and there were several people being helped. I waited about 5-7 minutes and then just walked to a desk and politely asked a woman there where I could pick my glasses up. This evil psychopathic white trash hick then began just yelling and screaming at me and rudely and in an obnoxious and terrible way telling me to "wait my turn" and insulting me and putting me down. I was of coures shocked and upset, and left the store.

My mother then called the 'manager' there, who instead of reprimanding that horrible mean crazy employee for her misconduct and mistreatment, just gave us free glasses. Businesses in orlando, florida are corrupt and have mean crazy employees who mistreat young women in terrible ways. Managers and people in positions of authority are corrupt too and never or rarely ever reprimand these types of evil low class psychos for how they treat customers or people and allow them to continue harassing customers like this and getting away with it.

Lenscrafters employs psychotic mentally ill women who harass customers are corrupt, and allow these filthy evil crazy employees to get away with treating customers like this.

You said "My mother then called the 'manager' there, who instead of reprimanding that horrible mean crazy employee for her misconduct and mistreatment, just gave us free glasses" Your complaint is that she yelled at you in front of people, yet yoiu wanted the manager to do the same thing instead of the manager speaking to the employee about it after. Look at your own class before critisizing others

you are the pshyco. It's been a "few years" and you're still talking about this. If you felt the mgr didn't do the proper thing than you should have gone over their head. They say they don't have a customer service # but there is always a way to get in touch with a company. If you want your voice heard then follow through. Talking about it years later does no good. My advice........GET OVER IT!
