I placed an order on Feb 3rd for 3 amulets, a set of therapy balls and a deck of cards. After not receiving my items by March 15th, I emailed Leo Wells, I responded saying that one item was on backorder and that if the item did not come in by that Friday, he would mail the items he did have in. The items never came.

On Witchstore.net website, the owners claim that the Leo sold the company to a party in California and that they are not responsible for outstanding orders and direct you to a page where you can contact Leo Wells about your order. Since our initial communications about the one item backorder, I have not heard from Leo Wells

I have tried all of these methods several times since mid March and I have not gotten a response. It is now May, far past their 3 week before shipment policy! All I want is my merchandise!

Settlement Sought: I would like to have the items that I purchased! Plain and simple, no excuses just give me my merchandise! If he cannot deliver, then he needs to refund my money..the full amount!

I don't want to hear any excuses, I just want what I paid for!

Witchstore.net : New Management Willing to Help

I have been contacted by Christine Hager, the new CEO and she states that she is willing to help me with my order even though it is loss for them. I was also told that my order would need to be reprocessed, which means I have to wait another month before I can possibly receive my items. Christine Hager also advised me that even as the website stated that they are not responsible for orders prior to March 15th and to not contact them about old orders, I should have contacted them about my order before filing my report. In anycase, she did request that I edit out "witchstore.net" from my report because it was a different witchstore.net that I order from, even though it looks exactly the same and my paypal receipt says "witchstore.net" I let Christine Hager know that I would amend my report saying that new management is willing to help with my order (either shipping me my items or giving me store credit), but that I would not remove "witchstore.net" until the situation is fully resolved.

Have you asked new management?

I'm currently employed for witchstore.net and am wondering if you have simply have asked the new management to help you? This seems an obvious resolve for you but I show nobody fitting your order description writing us. The business was sold on March 15, the last day apparently Leo talked to you, I'm not sure. He had taken all assest, liabilities and profits for all orders prior to March 15. However if he has "run off" on you as it seems he has, I suggest you contact new ownership and let them help resolve this for you rather than stain their name. The company has shipped near 200 orders since the sale date with not so much as a hiccup or problem for any customer involved. We had no idea the problems concerning Mr. Leo W. Wells. After much research he has ripped off quite a few people using these store names: Sacred Pathways (sacred-pathways.com) The Thrifty Pagan (thethriftypagan.com) Witch Goods (witchgoods.com) Incense Oils and Brews (incenseoilsandbrews.com) I would suggest not dealing with these companies, however witchstore.net has no affiliation with Leo Wells who apparently has your money. Again, if you would simply contact witchstore.net, I'm sure they can help you if you have been ripped off by Leo W. Wells. They are a good company.
