I knew Leonore from Englewood. She asked my Mom for a down payment of $1500 for various insurance policies in the Philippines. The insurance cards she gave her were bogus. When I confronted her she told me it was an administrative mistake of her Manager but there was no manager no office nothing. She wasn't a registered insurance agent. She only worked at a local bank in Englewood and an insurance agency part time but this was all a big scam.
I've found a lot of reports online about other people being scammed by her. At this point I don't even want my Mother's money back I just want that scum to go to jail.

I’m speaking on behalf of the Dalmacio family without their approval. I want to set the record straight. There is no question about the legitimacy of the allegations against Leonore Cueto but I think everyone deserves to know what’s really going on. Leonore’s maiden name is Leonore Cueto. She is a Filipino national. She uses the Dalmacio last name because she married Jayvee Dalmacio. It’s unfair that the Dalmacio name is being hauled around because of Leonore’s crimes.
I’ve been a friend of the family for years and they are good people. They don’t deserve it. With that in mind I gotta say the demise of the Dalmacio’s started when Leonore married Jayvee and pushed herself into the family. He is even much younger than her. This was clearly a green card marriage and a way to open the door to Leonore and her family into the States. And they are coming oh yes they are. Her Mother is already here and her sisters are next. They are using the Dalmacio’s as pawns.
Maybe because of my law background I never liked Leonore and I could see through her but let me tell you she puts up a good show. Jayvee's family think Leonore is a remarkable wife and mother. They don’t know about or don’t believe these accusations.
For me it was simple math. I noticed something wasn’t right when she started to show off with expensive stuff , taking trips overseas and sending money to her family abroad. I know how much her husband makes as a hospital worker and she has not been able to keep a job for more than a few months since she came to Jersey.
I also had an instance when my name was used without my authorization for a job reference for her and then she actually ended up stealing from her employer so I got burned. I know she’s also used some aliases to commit these crimes including her sister and mother in law’s names. They are completely unaware of that. It’s revolting because these are the people that always take her side.
All I can tell you is the only way to have Leonore adjudicated and deported is to bring some hard evidence to her door. I’ve found so many of her victims online and I’ve talked to some but they are unable to come forward for many reasons mostly because she always did everything on a cash basis. Some others feel sorry she has two kids or they don’t want her husband to go down with her.
And then we have the issue of family disbelief. In the event of her ultimate demise she will have some of the Dalmacio’s speaking on her behalf. She made them believe that a resentful cousin of hers is the actual perpetrator when the poor girl doesn’t even live in Jersey.
The therapist Ellen T. that was a victim and wrote about Leonore’s state of mind was totally correct. This girl has some dangerous mental issues that have not been addressed. Maybe she has multiple personalities I don't know. I think she has a huge inferiority complex that pushes her consciously or not to be the best, to show she has the best of everything and that she is better than everyone else. Sadly the only way she can do that is to embezzle from her employers or to commit fraud.
With all that I just want to be clear. Sooner or later she is going to make a mistake and I hope she really gets deported and sent back to her country. I hope it won’t be too late for some of the Dalmacio family members that are already feeling the strain of having such an evil and malicious person around.
