I am a first time car buyer and Leo took full advantage of that. Despite our past friendship he sold me a car with several mechanical issues (transmission, suspension, tires, breaks and rotors) for $1000 more than Kelly Blue Books value. About a week after purchasing I brought it back to him with a list of things to fix, he kept it for almost a week and sadly when it was returned nothing had been done to it. I realize that as a used car sales man he cannot perfect every car, however, he did not even change the oil! Since purchasing I have had to change oil(which you couldn't even see through), change tires(which he told me he just put new ones on it), all new breaks, new rotors, and several other things.
