(L.E. Riesgo) Ethnobotany.com rip-off! I ordered a shipment and only got half. Rip-off! Cutler Bay Florida
I orderd a shipment from Luis Riesgo @ Ethnobotany.com and got ripped off. My order was half short when I recieved it in the mail. I contacted the company to inform them that the order was short they told me to email them all the details about the short order. That minute I drafted the email and sent it out to Luis.
Four days later still no response from Ethnobotany. I sent several more emails before I left for a vacation. Even after a week long vacation my shipment was still not here and there was no email in my inbox.
I was forced to call Ethnobotany to get some answers Luis was the one I got a hold of. When we spoke he insisted that I was the one who was in the wrong. He said he made exceptions for me and that I should be grateful for what I got, he called me a liar and said I was trying to rip him off for $30.00. Come on now $30.00 is hardly worth my time for all this.
Now I have to write these rip off reports and contact the Better Business Bureau in Florida. All this hassle for a very simple request. I urge anyone who thinks about buying Salvia to not do business with these people. They are hard to work with and very confrontational and rude. I had a horrible experience and will never do business with these guys.
