I've known Leroy G. Lee since being students at Parkway Middle School, over 30 years. He represented me in 1 Divorce Hearing in 2007 to ensure my Permanent Order of Protection is enforced against my EX-husband. I had a Custody Relocation Hearing in 2010 when I had Cancer Treatments in ATL, GA, so I chose a reputable Law Firm to represent me because Leroy was recovering (((REDACTED))). I couldn't take a chance with him representing the best interests of my daughters & me. Leroy & I have many mutual friends since childhood, so we usually keep in touch yearly. Dec. 2014 started another difficult time in my life when my EX-husband beat up our 21yo (((REDACTED))) in front of our 12yo (((REDACTED))). I fought to restict my EX-husbands violence from our 12yo. I called Leroy to appear at my Final Hearing for $1500 while I appear by phone from TX where I now live. I deposited $500 of the retainer into his bank account & agreed to pay him the next 2 $500 payments in the next 4 weeks. Leroy did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING once I paid him $500 & emailed him my court documents. He told me I owed him more money from representing me in my 2007 PPO hearing. I was shocked & asked him why am I just now hearing his belief that I owe him for a case I paid him for in full before the 2007 court date. He then told me I need to pay him $5,000 at least to appear at my Final Hearing 1 month away. He then accused me of Acting Too Passionately about my case to protect my child Belera. He said he is NOT passionate at all about my case because he just had to fight in his own custody battle for some of his many children. He advised me to give the Guardian Ad Litem Pure Hell after he talked to him whom he described as the Over Hyper Hothead White Boy. Leroy Left Me Defenseless & My Daughter Subject to Premature Death at the Hands of The So-Called Dad(EX-husband) who Brutally Beat Up Her Older Sister.

With MUCH PRAYER & PATIENCE TRUSTING GOD AS HIS WORD SAYS IS FAITHFUL & TRUE; Leroy & I have negotiated an amicable resolution for the events in my case without going before a court of Public Opinion which Negates GOD'S WILL. This has been another very challenging experience & through Christ this has turned out to be possible to resolve this matter with my Childhood friend Att. Leroy G. Lee. This has been proof that GOD/ Abba FATHER GIVES US GRACE & MERCY, THEREFORE WE MUST RELINQUISH OUR WILL, FORGIVE & EXTEND GRACE & MERCY TO EACH OTHER AS CHRISTIANS. WE ALL HAVE WRONG ANOTHER OR OTHERS. THIS WRONG HAS BEEN MADE RIGHT. TO GOD BE THE PRAISE, HONOR & GLORY. I WANTED TO DELETE THE ORIGINAL REPORT, BUT WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO UPDATE IT.
