Leroy scott Help & hand services LLC Took 1700 cash down for 3 junk cars instead of returning money down after problem with 1st junk car. He lie and Dont have a licensed mechanic. Will not let you test drive car first and increase each sale saying it is better than the other junk car. Don't do business with this fraudulent person. Can't be true. Leroy will not let you test drive a car before purchasing the automobile. He tell you to drive unsafe cars jeopardizing your life. He take your cash for a over price junk car and refuse to return it with in 20 days of his auto having dangerous problems and tell you he is going to fix the problem and Dont. Keep the car for over a month to wait for car to be fixed while he gives you a junk car as a loaner car. Leroy over charges for high mileage cars he sell and harass for an unexpected monthly payment.
