LetsTalk made a mistake by attaching a Brightstar rebate to ~1,500 V260's that we purchased from Brightstar at the unrebated price. For customer satisfaction purposes, we asked Brightstar to honor the outstanding rebates. We paid them the cost of the rebates to do so, and sent an email to all the affected orders, asking them to resubmit their rebates. If you still have one of these rebates outstanding, you should still be able to submit it to get your $50. Our apologies for the mistake, but it was not a deliberate error.
