LetsTalk.com ripoff, deceptive advertising and practices Grand Prairie Texas
Purchased a celluar phone and plan from LetsTalk.com on their web-site. Their offer included 50% free additional anytime minutes, which I noted and paid for.
Turns out that this offer was not supported by Cingular the service provider and LetsTalk has been less than helpful or courteous in the matter. All initial attempts to contact LetsTalk by e-mail were unanswered. When calling their customer service number you are given a prompt to leave your number and they will return the call within 24 hours. 7 times no call back. After finally waiting on hold for several minutes you finally get ahold of a live person who will shuffle you through the system only to be hung up on by the "supervisor".
When I finally got the information I needed on the 12th call I was told that the free minutes weren't an option on my plan even though all of my papaerwork clearly states that it and which I paid for. They think I'm going to go away; I'm not...it comes down to principle. Don't make the mistake I did, these guys are bad news and their customer service is non-existent
