I see a good deal online throught this unknown company LETSTALK.COM. I buy 2 cell phones. I submit my paperwork for the rebate, in entirety, to LETSTALK.COM for approval. Guess what? Denied.

They say I didn't include a bill paid in full. OK? I have copies of everything I sent in the first time. I go check them and sure enough, it's there.

This is just a perfect ending to a nightmare that started when I ordered the phones in the first place. Shortly after receiving the phones one of them starts to have software issues that cause the screen to turn two bands of color and lock up. I send the phone into LETSTALK.COM for an exchange well within the 30 day satisfaction gaurantee time.

They should call this "The Thirty Minute Gaurantee". I was told that they could not refund or exchange the phone because I used it for more than 30 minutes worth of talk time. So I go to LG directly and they replace the phone.

Stay away from LETSTALK.COM.
