Level 3 Funding Laughable Sales and Customer Service Miami Florida
I work for a construction company just outside of Atlanta, GA. From time to time I get spam calls about business funding, but this company takes the cake. They've been calling for soooo long and I keep blocking their numbers after telling them we are NOT interested, but they keep calling from different numbers. Today, they called me today asking for the business owner. I proceeded to tell them to QUIT CALLING ME and hung up, but then he called me again and called me a dumba**. He proceeded to call me a few more times from a different number, so I started calling their office over and over again looking for a manager of some kind, which of course wasn't an option. It doesn't matter what number you hit from their list of options: the same man answers "hello" each time. A word to the wise- these guys are a**holes and I wouldn't reccomend anyone doing business with them- They're SHADY, trust me. And if they continue to waste my time, then I'm going to waste theirs as well.
Also, a note to the sales department from someone who's been working in sales for 10+ years, NEVER start your call with, "can I speak to the business owner?" That gives away the fact that you're a salesman from the get go. Be UPFRONT with your calls, why you're calling and who you are- you're more likely to encounter a nicer person that way AND you'll know from the getgo if the person on the other end isn't interested. Let me know if y'all need some help restructing your sales department and some sales tips in general. I'm always open to make more money ;) But in the meantime, let's see how much more of each other's time we can waste, eh?
