I bought 3 rooms of furniture from Levitz in late 2003 online through furniture.com...sent back many pieces for damages. Finally picked up several pieces at their warehouse so I could inspect them. Returned one room of furniture. To date, they have not returned $499.00 of my purchase price saying I was not owed it...I paid $1999.00 for that room, and only received $1500.00 of it back...Yeah right! I will never, ever deal with Levitz again, and repeat my story to everyone I know...Delivery drivers are horrible, told me to sand down the furniture chips, and then also asked for soda pop. Terrible. They try to get you to keep the chipped furniture and call their customer service for repairs. If you keep it, you will be stuck with new, repaired furniture...Thumbs down on Levitz, buy elsewhere...
